OVERVIEW: The Sweepstakes is offered as a component of the “KindCash Program powered by Barclays” (“KindCash Program”), whereby qualified flight attendants of Breeze Airways (“Breeze Airways”), (i) offer Breeze Airways customers the opportunity to apply for Breeze Easy^® Visa^® credit cards issued by Barclays Bank Delaware (“Barclays” or the “Sponsor”), and (ii) receive compensation from Breeze Airways for approved applications. Unless otherwise indicated, the Incentive is governed by these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, flight attendants who are qualified to participate in the KindCash Program shall be entitled to receive compensation under the KindCash Program in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KindCash Program, separately from any prizes received in accordance with these Official Rules during the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to Breeze Airways Flight Attendants who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are employed by Breeze Airways as Flight Attendants in good standing at the time of participation and prize award,
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry,
• Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and
• Have been trained and qualified in the KindCash Program.

Eligible individuals meeting these criteria are referred to as “Entrant(s)”. All other employees of Breeze Airways, Barclays Bank Delaware (the “Sponsor” or “Barclays”), their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and employees involved with the management of the Sweepstakes, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) (collectively “Releasees”) immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses and individuals of such employees regardless of where they live) whether related or not, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win any prize offered therein. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations and the decision of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding.

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING AND ENTRY DETAILS: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) which is further divided into three (3) Monthly Entry Periods (each a “Monthly Period”) and ending with the Grand Prize Entry Period (the “Grand Prize Period”) as defined in the chart below. Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Promotion and will determine the time by which a Submission is received.

How to Earn Entries: Each Breeze Airways Flight Attendant who submits an application for the Breeze Easy^® Visa® credit card and it is approved by Barclays Bank Delaware, irrespective of when such application was received, during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry (each an “entry”) into a drawing as per the following:

First Prize Monthly Period Drawings: Two (2) approved applications submitted = 1 entry into the First Prize Monthly Period Drawing and 1 entry into the Second Prize Monthly Period Drawing in the month the applications were approved.

Second Prize Monthly Period Drawings: One (1) approved application submitted = 1 entry into the Second Prize Monthly Period Drawing in the month the application was approved.

Grand Prize Drawing: Three (3) approved applications submitted once per month of the Sweepstakes Period) = 1 entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. For purposes of clarity, an Entrant must submit a minimum of one (1) application, that is also approved in that month, in each of the Monthly Periods in order to earn the one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Period Drawing.

Entries received in a Monthly Entry Period will not carry forward to the next Monthly Entry Period.

An application will not qualify and earn Entrant an entry if the application [1] does not include the Flight Attendants’ employee number, [2] contains fraudulent, incomplete or any other non-verifiable information, [3] application is not approved or [4] application is approved AND processed in the KindCash app prior to October 1, 2025, or after December 31, 2025. Any applications received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

DRAWINGS: Random drawings will be conducted on or about the approximate drawing dates listed in the Chart above from among all eligible entries received in each Monthly Entry Period and Grand Prize Entry Period by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent, under the direction of Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received in each Monthly Entry Period and Grand Prize Entry Period.

PRIZES:

Two (2) Grand Prizes: $1,000 cash. (“V”): $1,000 each.
Six (6) First Prizes (two (2) prizes per Monthly Entry Period): $500 cash.
Fifteen (15) Second Prizes (five (5) prizes per Monthly Entry Period): $100 cash.
Total Value of all Prizes: $6,500.

Entry and Prize Limitations: Entrants will earn maximum of one (1) entry into the appropriate Monthly Drawing based on the total number of approved applications that have been submitted in that Monthly Entry Period. There is a maximum of one entry per Entrant for the Grand Prize Drawing. There is a limit of one (1) Monthly Prize per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period, however, a Monthly Prize winner may also win a Grand Prize.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prizes will be awarded to each winner’s paycheck no later than January 31, 2026, and payments will be grossed up and paid with any other current card program earnings. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No prize substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a potential winner is ineligible; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, they will forfeit that Prize and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The winner must be employed by and in good standing with Breeze Airways at the time of the awarding of the prize.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email and push notification within two (2) business days of each drawing date. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, if a prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with the Sweepstakes in any manner. Releasees are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected inaccurate, illegible entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Breeze Airways policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or a health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be sent via email and Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state of residence and photograph/likeness, including but not limited to the posting of winner’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s), in a winners List or other online announcements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winners must consent to such in writing. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating prize partners, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc., and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.

PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrant is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and to notify winner, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the City of Wilmington and County of New Castle. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

WHO WON: To request the name of the winners, send an e-mail with the subject line: Breeze Airways Flight Attendants Fall KindCash Winners to winners@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received no later than January 15, 2026. The list will be sent when the Grand Prize drawing has been conducted, and all winners are verified.
