NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. OPEN TO BREEZE AIRWAYS FLIGHT ATTENDANTS, EIGHTEEN (18) OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

1) ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is only open to currently employed Breeze Airways Flight Attendants (in good standing, and employed at the time of prize award), eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have been trained and qualified in the KindCash Program (an “Eligible Flight Attendant” or “Entrant(s)”). All other employees of Breeze Airways, Barclays Bank Delaware (the “Sponsor” or “Barclays”), their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and employees involved with the management of the Sweepstakes, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) (collectively “Releasees”) immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses and individuals of such employees regardless of where they live) whether related or not, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win any prize offered therein. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations and the decision of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding.

2) SWEEPSTAKES DATES AND ENTRY DETAILS: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) and is further divided into four (4) Monthly Entry Periods (each a “Monthly Entry Period”) as defined in the chart below. Eligible Flight Attendants who have completed the required training for the KindCash Program can earn entries into the Sweepstakes by submitting applications that are approved for a Breeze Easy™ Visa^® credit card issued by Barclays during the Sweepstakes Period. Participation in this Sweepstakes is based on completing an action as defined below.

How to Earn Entries:

Each Breeze Airways Flight Attendant who submits a minimum of one (1) approved application during each month of the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into that Monthly Period Drawing. There is a maximum of one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Flight Attendant per Monthly Entry Period. An entry is received in the Monthly Entry Period during which an application for a new Breeze Easy™ Visa^® account is approved by Barclays Bank Delaware, irrespective of when such application was submitted. Entries received in one Monthly Entry Period will not carry forward to the next Monthly Entry Period.

An application will not qualify and earn Eligible Flight Attendant an entry if the application [1] does not include the Eligible Flight Attendants’ employee number, [2] contains fraudulent, incomplete or any other non-verifiable information, [3] application is not approved or [4] application is approved AND processed in the KindCash app prior to September 1, 2024, or after December 31, 2024. Any applications received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

3) DRAWING: Random drawings will be conducted on or about the drawing dates listed in the Chart above from among all eligible entries received in each Monthly Entry Period by Sponsor, under the direction of Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4) PRIZES:

Twenty (20) Grand Prize winners (five (5) prizes per Monthly Entry Period): $200 cash. (“V”): $200 each

Total Value of all Prizes: $4,000.

Entry and Prize Limitations:

Eligible Flight Attendants will earn one (1) entry into the appropriate Monthly Drawing based on the total number of approved applications that have been submitted in that Monthly Entry Period. There is a limit of one (1) Monthly Prize per Flight Attendant per month for the entire Sweepstakes Period for a maximum possible prize value of $800.

5) GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prizes will be awarded to each winner’s paycheck no later than January 31, 2025, and payments will be grossed up and paid with any other current card program earnings. The odds of winning a Prize depends upon the total number of eligible entries received in each Monthly Entry Period. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No prize substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a potential winner is ineligible; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, he/she will forfeit that Prize and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The winner must be employed by and in good standing with Breeze Airways at the time of the awarding of the prize.

6) WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email and push notification within two (2) business days of each drawing date. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, if a prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

7) CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with the Sweepstakes in any manner. Releasees are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected inaccurate, illegible entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including soliciting of applications in a manner inconsistent with Breeze Airways policies or procedures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or a health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be sent via email and Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

8) GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state of residence and photograph/likeness, including but not limited to the posting of winner’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s), in a winners List or other online announcements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winners must consent to such in writing. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating prize partners, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc., and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes.

9) PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrant is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and to notify winner, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party.

10) DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the City of Wilmington and County of New Castle. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

11) WHO WON: The names of the winners will be sent via email within two (2) business days of each drawing date specified above.
